1. Acceptance of Terms

By using vMaatrix (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must decline and immediately uninstall the Application.

2. Restriction on Reverse Engineering

You explicitly agree not to, and will not permit or authorize any third party to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, modify, translate, adapt, or extract the source code of the Application, or create derivative works based on the Application or any part thereof.

3. Prohibited and Malicious Use

You agree not to use the Application for any malicious, illegal, or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: bypassing security mechanisms, distributing malware, attacking network services (e.g., Denial of Service), transmitting unauthorized content, or using the software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Application (including but not limited to any code, assets, graphics, and documentation) are owned exclusively by the developers of vMaatrix.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of vMaatrix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Application.

7. Trademark Disclaimer

vMaatrix is an independent automation tool for vMix. This software is not endorsed, certified, sponsored, associated, or in any way officially connected with StudioCoast Pty Ltd. vMix is a registered trademark of StudioCoast Pty Ltd.
